Shipping policy

How our Spoonies and Twirlys come to you:

We charge a flat rate of €9.99 for shipping small packages or parcels. For orders over €250.00, we'll give you free shipping if you ship as a small package or parcel. We mainly ship cans, ice cream cones, and stroodles in small packages or parcels.

For pallet shipping up to 192 kg, we charge shipping costs within Germany of €60.50 (gross). For pallet shipping over 192 kg, we charge shipping costs within Germany of €105.93 (gross). We pass these shipping costs on directly. By shipping on pallets, we ensure that our Spoonies and Twirlys arrive safely, as parcels and packages 📦 are often played with like a basketball 🏀. We ship our B2B Spoonie and Twirly units (10 boxes or more) on pallets.

The Spoonies and Twirlys sample pack can only be purchased once per customer. Because we need to ensure our packages are particularly well padded, shipping costs are €19.99. We also offer free shipping for purchases of €250 or more. Multiple orders will be charged at the regular price.
